1 dies as bus hits road divider in Mirpur

A person was killed and another injured as a bus smashed into a road divider in Dhaka's Mirpur on Friday afternoon, June 27.
The identity of the deceased could not be known immediately, while the injured is a student of Govt. Bangla College.
A bus of 'SB Super Delux' hit a road divider at Technical intersection around 1:00pm, leaving a padestrian dead on the spot and another injured, Mirpur model police station's officer-in-charge Md Sajjad Hossain told Jago News.
The driver of the bus was detained from the scene, he said.
